This Privacy Policy explains how Seiwa Holdings ("we", "us") handles personal information and user data in connection with Publishr (the "Service"), our social media management platform. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored hashed — we never keep them in plain text.

Social account connections

The Service connects to social platforms exclusively through each platform's official OAuth flow. When you connect an account, we receive and store the access token needed to publish on your behalf, along with basic account details (account name, profile image). We never collect or store your social media passwords.

Content data

We store the drafts, published posts, media files (images and video), and team comments you create or upload within the Service.

Billing information

Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain only your plan type, billing history, and payment status.

Usage and log data

To keep the Service stable and secure, we may collect server logs including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.

2. How we use your information

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service (scheduling, publishing, analytics)
• Authenticating you and managing your account
• Billing and payment processing
• Sending important service notices and responding to support requests
• Preventing abuse and keeping the Service secure

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data handling in AI features

When you use AI caption, image, or video generation, the text and instructions you submit are sent to external AI providers to perform the generation. Only the content needed for generation is transmitted — your account credentials and connection tokens are never shared.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on the following categories of third-party services:

• Social platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others) — official APIs used to publish your content
• Payment processing (Stripe) — subscription billing
• AI providers — powering AI generation features
• Email delivery — transactional email such as account confirmation and notifications
• Hosting and infrastructure — running the Service and storing media files

Each third-party service processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in (session management) and to remember your language preference. These are required for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (such as transaction records). When you disconnect a social account, the corresponding access token is revoked.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (TLS), password hashing, and access controls — to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

8. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data or restriction of its use
• Delete your account
